Aufbau eines neuen Controllingsystems
ICG unterstütze die Landwirtschaftskammer für Oberösterreich bei der Konzeption und Einführung eines neuen Controlling-Systems.
Schwerpunkte dabei waren:
- Entwicklung eines Produkt-/Leistungskataloges.
- Aufbau von Controlling-Prozessen.
- Controlling als Führungsfunktion.
