Our way
We implement a change process to complement the classic measures of simple budget-reduction and improvement of efficiency. A professional, decentralised cost-management system is set up. To administer a sustainable turn-around we recommend a strategic re-definition of the services and tasks. We at ICG bring in the know-how for professional public administration management and we design the change-process.
