Set up breakthrough-projects to bring business-results within 3 or 4 months. Breakthrough-projects need “out of the box”-thinking, they require a new openness and way of working, thus changing to a more dynamic company-culture. Breakthrough-project managers are taught by ICG-consultants to learn from each other, to think laterally and to make things happen. Strong top-management – support is needed to drive the program.
