End the uncertainty as quickly as possible through a fact-based discussion of the scenarios with all stake-holders. The top-management res. the political level has to fix the strategic direction first. The possible scenarios can then be systematically analysed and compared based on agreed criteria. Our experience shows: This objective approach brings a common understanding and broad acceptance of chosen solutions.
First step
Set up a project-team made up of representatives of the affected groups. ICG’s comprehensive expertise (not only single-dimensional know how such as taxation) and our neutral, fact-based moderation are essential. The project-team evaluates the outsourcing-concepts together with external experts. |
