Infora was founded in Graz by Norbert Herbst and Manfred Höfler in 1982. At the beginning of the 90’s, after the first ten years of successful growth, the team comprised of twenty consultants whose core competences were primarily organizational consulting and business management. By integrating process management and specialist counselling, the range of services was continually extended towards a ‘holistic’ business consulting. An autonomous ICG consulting approach was developed to attain particularly effective change processes.
Today, ICG - Infora Consulting Group - with locations in Graz, Vienna, Berlin and Budapest is among the leading change consultancy companies in Austria. We are a team consisting of 35 consultants, bringing thorough commitment, extensive specialist and change management expertise together with well founded knowledge in the areas of business administration, organizational design, human resources development and strategy development. Our highly efficient inhouse staff are responsible for our customer-oriented service and the smooth running of the organization, administration and public relations.
Partnership is not only our basic principle for excellent customer relations but also for our own corporate philosophy. Sixteen of our active consultants also determine the strategy of ICG as partners. |
