• 1982: company founded in Graz by Norbert Herbst and Manfred Höfler.
• 2001: formation of Infora Consulting Group. Expansion to Germany and Hungary .
• ICG is a group of consultancies.
• The head office of ICG is located in Graz.
• The ICG companies in Budapest and Berlin are subsidiaries with the major share held by ICG Austria.
• ICG is owned by 16 partners who also act as consultants in the company.
• 2003: formation of the strategic service provider Lumique, ICG holds shares.
• The management of ICG business is co-ordinated by six directors.
• Today ICG has 45 employees.
• The average time of consulting experience is about ten years.
